The owner of a highly regarded casino kills the lieutenant of a powerful drug cartel in self defense. The leader of the cartel, who is also the lieutenant's brother, places a curse on the owner and his family for revenge. When the threat to his family grows, the owner enlists the help of an old friend, who is now part of the Mafia. What began as a feud between families escalates into a battle between organized crime syndicates.
